After offering a 2025 defensive lineman in March, the Badgers are looking to lock in another visit.
The Wisconsin Badgers offered 2025 three-star defensive lineman Jayquan Stubbs back in March, providing the Ohio native with his 10th scholarship at the time.
“The feeling was surreal and incredibly rewarding,” Stubbs shared to Bucky’s 5th Quarter. “It was a culmination of hard work, dedication, and a sense of accomplishment knowing that my efforts had paid off.”
Stubbs is now up to 12 offers as the 6’6, 250-pound two-sport athlete heads into the summer, and the Badgers are still showing interest.
The expectation is that Stubbs will get an official visit with the Badgers, which would be the second one on his docket behind West Virginia.
A big factor in Stubbs’s recruitment has been his evolving relationship with defensive line coach E.J. Whitlow, who has been the main coach involved.
“[Our relationship] has been amazing. He is a great guy that wants to develop me and get me to the next level and help me get my pass rush and run tackles to another level,” Stubbs said.
Stubbs was initially expected to get a visit to Madison on April 20th, but that was rescheduled. Now, he’s looking to lock in an official visit in the summer.
