The Badgers picked up the steam for a 2025 offensive lineman after a recent visit.
The Wisconsin Badgers recently brought in 2025 three-star offensive lineman Jim Harris Jr. on a spring visit, which helped them gain some traction in the in-state prospect’s recruitment.

“The visit was truly remarkable,” Harris shared to Bucky’s 5th Quarter. “It exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression on me. I was particularly impressed by the coaching techniques and the impressive statistics that Coach Blazek shared regarding the development of his lineman.”
A native of Muskegon, Wisconsin, Harris stands at 6’5, 285 pounds, and has fielded interest from several schools across the country, racking up 16 total offers.
In the spring, Harris has been to Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Liberty, Toledo, Kent State, Kentucky, Michigan State, Indiana, Bowling Green, and Miami(OH) alongside his trip to Wisconsin.
That has led to five planned official visits: Kentucky, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, Pittsburgh, and Vanderbilt.
The Badgers are looking for Harris Jr. to play center at the next level, moving him from tackle, and he is one of a few options they are targeting for the position in the 2025 class, with the in-state draw being a significant element.
