The NFC is going to be a rather interesting conference in 2023. But which quarterback stands out as being the most under pressure heading into this season?
For ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky the answer is simple: Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love.
In a segment on ESPN’s Get Up, Orlovsky made the case that Love has the most pressure because of how much the Packers have done to pave the way for him to succeed combined with the fact that he hasn’t proven anything yet.
“You were a first-round draft pick and you haven’t played. You were a first-round draft pick and you got a contract extension without ever playing. They ran a Hall of Fame quarterback out of town for you. You gotta prove that you are the right guy…” Orlovsky said.
.@danorlovsky7‘s top five NFC QBs under the most pressure:
1. Jordan Love
2. Justin Fields
3. Daniel Jones
4. Dak Prescott
5. Kyler Murray pic.twitter.com/DFsbXLx2l5— Get Up (@GetUpESPN) May 24, 2023
It’s a strong argument. The Packers almost certainly never would have parted ways with Aaron Rodgers in the way that they did if they didn’t have the utmost confidence in Love.
Now it’s on Love to finally get out there and justify the team’s trust in him.
Does Jordan Love have the most pressure of any NFC quarterback?
