It’s Super Bowl Sunday. For most fans, the most-exciting part of the day is the game itself, pitting the Los Angeles Rams against the Cincinnati Bengals.
For others, though, it’s the commercials.
Companies across the world spend millions of dollars to promote their businesses on the biggest television day of the year. Hundreds of millions of people will be tuning into tonight’s game, after all.
Back in the day, GoDaddy.com went viral for its controversial Super Bowl commercials, often featuring former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick.
Some of Patrick’s Super Bowl commercials were reportedly banned from airing. Her first controversial Super Bowl commercial aired in 2010.
Patrick won’t be featured in any Super Bowl commercials tonight – that we know of, anyway. Her partnership with GoDaddy.com ended years ago.
Super Bowl 56, meanwhile, is set to air on NBC.
Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. E.T.
