198 lbs
4.47 40-Yard Dash

NFL SCOUTING REPORT:
FIT WITH THE PACKERS:
Bullard was a corner back in High School and star/slot in his first two years at Georgia but he profiles to start at safety next to Xavier McKInney.
COMMENTARY:
Many think Bullard is the most versatile safety in the class — the same that was said about free agent acquisition Xavier McKinney. Bullard makes it so the team can “rock and roll” the safeties. Adjusting which is the deep center fielder and which is in the box helping against the run depending on the strength of the offense. It will also make it far easier to disguise coverages and blitz schemes when you never know which safety is going to have what responsibility. The Packers filled their three big needs with their first three picks, now they have approximately 56 more picks to go crazy for the rest of the draft.
