Nick Bosa Names Biggest Difference Between Jordan Love, Aaron Rodgers

San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa has already picked up a pair of playoff wins over Aaron Rodgers in his career. Now, he’ll try to take down the new starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, Jordan Love.

Speaking to the media this week, Bosa praised Love’s ability to play within Green Bay’s offensive system. Apparently, that’s something Rodgers failed to do at times.

“They have a quarterback who does exactly what he’s coached to do,” Bosa said. “Aaron Rodgers is a Hall of Famer and unbelievable, but he kinda went outside of the realm of coaching. And sometimes it’s good when you have a guy who does what he’s coached to do.”

Rodgers is known for making plays off script, so this comment from Bosa isn’t exactly coming out of left field.

The Dallas Cowboys learned this past Sunday just how lethal Love can be under center. He completed 16-of-21 pass attempts for 272 yards with three touchdowns.

If the 49ers want to make Love uncomfortable this Saturday, they’ll need to make the Packers one dimensional on offense.

“We definitely need to stop the run,” Bosa said. “I don’t think many teams have made him uncomfortable yet, so stopping the run and covering up those easy, open guys is something we have to do.”

Kickoff for the Packers-49ers game is at 8:15 p.m. ET on FOX.
