It seems safe to say that we know which NFL team four-time Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles will be rooting for in 2023.
On Friday, the Packers signed Biles’ husband, safety Jonathan Owens, to a contract. The announcement included pictures of the duo at historic Lambeau Field with both of them dressed in Packers gear.
After congratulating her husband on Instagram, Biles took to Twitter to share some of those photos and had a three-word message for her 1.6 million followers.
“GO PACK GO,” she wrote, adding a pair of Packers-colored hearts.

Jonathan Owens went undrafted out of Missouri Western State in 2019 but caught on with the Houston Texans as an undrafted player. After a few years in spot duty, he finally started getting serious time on the playing field in 2021.
2022 was Owens’ best year by far as he started all 17 games and finished second on the team with 125 tackles.
But the Texans decided not to re-sign him for a fifth year and he’s spent the last two months testing the free agency waters.
Now Owens and Biles will be taking their sports allegiance from the Lone Star State to Titletown.
Will we see Biles at any NFL games this season?
