It sounds like Packers rookie Sean Clifford has a big locker to fill.
According to Packers beat writer Ryan Wood, the four-time MVP’s spot in the locker room is now occupied by Clifford after being drafted by Green Bay with the 149th pick.
“It’s cool. That’s what it is,” Clifford told reporters. “I understand who was in here before, and I respect everything about that, but at the same time, I came in, I found my name on the plate, and I sat down. I’m doing whatever it takes to win games here. I’m very appreciative of the opportunity.”

In his five seasons in Happy Valley, Clifford was a more than solid signal-caller for James Franklin’s Nittany Lions.
Now he’ll back up Aaron Rodgers’ successor in Jordan Love.
