Look: A.J. Hawk Reveals Jimmy Graham Was Hit By Car While Cycling

If you don’t follow the Instagram page of former All-Pro tight end Jimmy Graham, you would have needed A.J. Hawk of all people to reveal that he got hit by a car this week.

On Wednesday’s edition of the Pat McAfee Show, Hawk revealed that Graham got hit by a car while cycling earlier this week. He described the injuries Graham sustained in pretty explicit detail.

“Jimmy Graham is actually training to sail around the world right now… He was riding his bike down in Miami yesterday and got taken out by a car but he said he did more damage to the car…” Hawk said.

As it turns out, Hawk was dead serious.

Graham actually took to his Instagram Story several hours ago as of writing to thank people for showing support after the accident he suffered. Though Graham didn’t include any of the images that Hawk claims to have seen, he did say that he felt like “Monday after a game” from the pain.

“I greatly appreciated everyone who reached out after the accident. I woke up this morning feeling like it was just Monday after a game. My body has certainly built up a callus for punishment over the years. I’ll be fine. Stay safe out there,” Graham wrote.

We wish Graham all the best as he recovers from his injuries and good luck in his upcoming sailing adventure.
