Green Bay Packers 2025 Season Long Player Props

August 26, 2025 by Packers Talk

Following last week’s breakdown of the 2025 Green Bay Packers Futures bets, the focus now shifts to season long individual player props. Looking at player props is a good way to gain a clearer picture of the 2025 Packers’ potential. Oddsmakers view Jordan Love, Josh Jacobs, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft as the key pieces to the offense for the upcoming season.

Jordan Love

Passing Yards: Over/Under 3550.5 yards

Passing TDs: Over/Under 25.5 TDs

NFL MVP: +2000

In 2023, his first season as the starting QB of the Green Bay Packers, Jordan Love threw for 4159 yards and 32 touchdowns in 17 games. In 2024, his second season as the starter, he threw for 3389 yards and 25 touchdowns in 15 games.

He averaged 225.9 yards per game in 2024. Had he played in all 17 games, he would have ended up with around 3839 yards on the season. He likely would have thrown at least one touchdown over the course of the two games that he missed.

This means Jordan Love would have cleared both the passing yards and passing touchdown benchmarks for 2025. With the addition of Matthew Golden at wide receiver he should once again pass those thresholds.

There are only 5 players in the NFL with better odds to win MVP than Jordan Love. Those players are Lamar Jackson (+430), reigning MVP Josh Allen (+600), Joe Burrow (+600), Patrick Mahomes (+650), and Jayden Daniels (+1000). He has the same odds as Justin Herbert and Jalen Hurts. Based on these odds, Love is viewed as an upper echelon quarterback that has the potential for a breakout season.

Josh Jacobs

Rushing Yards: Over/Under 1050.5 yards

Rushing TDs: Over/Under 10.5 TDs

Josh Jacobs rushed for 1329 yards and 15 touchdowns in his first season with the Green Bay Packers. He returns as the clear feature back with no real competitions for carries. He has rushed for less than 1050 yards in only two of his six NFL seasons, playing 13 games in one and 14 in the other.

Jacobs said earlier this offseason that this is the best he has ever felt entering an offseason. The Packers also invested in their offensive line by moving Elgton Jenkins to center and signing 325-pound Aaron Banks in free agency to play left guard. This should help Jacobs exceed 1050 rushing yards again.

Jacobs’ 2024 season got off to a slow start when it came to touchdowns. He scored only one rushing touchdown in the first seven games of the season. He scored 14 TDs over the final ten games, including the playoffs, with scores in each of his last eight games. The Packers offense was much better in the redzone when Jacobs was featured so there is no reason to think he won’t be featured again.

Matthew Golden

Receiving Yards: Over/Under 700.5 yards

6+ Receiving TDs: -130

AP Offensive Rookie of the Year: +2200

Over the last five NFL seasons, 25 rookies have had more than 700 receiving yards. 22 out of the 25 receivers to hit this mark were drafted in the first or second round of the NFL draft. This includes Jayden Reed in his rookie season in 2023 with 793 yards.

17 rookie receivers in the past five seasons have caught more than six touchdowns in a season. 13 of the 17 of those players were drafted in the first two rounds of the NFL draft. This includes Christian Watson in his rookie season in 2022 with seven touchdowns. Jayden Reed also scored more than six touchdowns in his rookie season, catching eight TDs.

Matthew Golden was selected in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. It was the first time the Packers selected a wide receiver in the first round since 2002. He was the star of training camp in Green Bay, making highlight plays daily.

Golden should see plenty of playing time early in the season. The Packers’ WR room is dealing with a myriad of injuries. Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, and fellow rookie Savion Williams are all dealing with injuries coming out of training camp. Christian Watson will likely start the 2025 season on the PUP list as he recovers from his 2024 ACL injury. This leaves Golden, along with Romeo Doubs, as the top wide receivers for Green Bay entering the season without much competition for targets behind them.

Tucker Kraft

Receiving Yards: Over/Under 625.5 yards

Last season Tucker Kraft firmly cemented his place as the starting tight end on the Packers roster. He took advantage of an early season injury to Luke Musgrave by catching 50 passes for 707 yards and 7 touchdowns. That led the team in touchdown receptions and was good enough for second on the team in receiving yards.

Despite being the second leading receiver in 2024, Kraft only had a target share of 15%. That ranked 19th among tight ends in the NFL last season. A big reason for his efficiency in the passing is his ability after the catch.

456 of his receiving yards came after the catch. That averaged out to 9.3 yards after catch (YAC) per reception. That average lead all tight ends in the NFL in 2024.

This offseason the Packers have said they want to get Kraft more involved down the field. If they expand his route tree to include deeper routes while still giving him the short throws and screens, his target share would increase. With an increase in target share he will easily pass 625 yards again in 2025.

Asked Jordan Love what it would take for #Packers offense to feature Tucker Kraft as a No. 1. He’s intrigued with idea of Kraft expanding his route tree.

“He’s got that ability to be able to run those 20-, 25-yard routes, get down the field. He’s a really good route runner.” pic.twitter.com/RwTsQuRE29

Final Thoughts

The Green Bay Packers have had one of the top offenses in the NFL over the course of the last two seasons. Despite this, handicappers have set moderate lines when it comes to Green Bay’s offensive skill players. Except for Matthew Golden, all the players have previously exceeded Vegas’ betting lines. The Packers offense should once again be one of the top in the NFL. Many of the overs are reachable. Which player prop do you like the most before the upcoming season?
