Aaron Rodgers is trying to get the band back together in his new home, or at least as much of it as he can.

And after signing veteran slot receiver Randall Cobb on Wednesday, all eyes immediately went to 38-year-old tight end Marcedes Lewis:

“Prayer circle for Marcedes Lewis to the Jets next,” tweeted Mike Golic Jr.

“Will Marcedes Lewis sign with the Jets today or are they saving that news for tomorrow?” asked PFF’s Nate Jahnke.

“The Jets tight end room when they inevitably sign [Marcedes Lewis],” said NYJ Mike.

“Marcedes Lewis YOU are a New York Jet,” a user replied.

“Can’t wait for the Jets to cut Carl Lawson so they can fit [Marcedes Lewis’] cap figure on the books,” a fan commented.
