Earlier this evening. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers won the NFL’s Most Valuable Player award for the second season in a row, joining Jim Brown, Joe Montana, Brett Favre and Peyton Manning as the only players to win the award in back to back seasons. This of course is Rodgers’ 4th time winning the award, passing Tom Brady, Favre, Brown and Johnny Unitas for most times winning the award during an NFL career. He is now second only to Peytom Manning, who won the award five times.
This past season, the Packers quarterback passed for 37 touchdowns with 4,115 passing yards and just four interceptions while leading Green Bay to the No. 1 seed in the NFC and a record of 13-3 in games he started.
