Aaron Rodgers will make his New York Jets’ regular season debut on September 11, the 22nd anniversary of the terrorist attacks in Manhattan, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania.
In the wake of the Jets’ Week 1 opener being announced today, a bizarre interview clip featuring one of Rodgers’ former Green Bay teammates is going viral.
During an interview last year, ex-Packers quarterback DeShone Kizer shockingly revealed that the first question Rodgers asked him when they met was if he “believed” in 9/11.
“You believe in 9/11? … You should read up on that,” Kizer said Rodgers told him.
According to former Packers QB DeShon Kizer, Aaron Rodgers once asked him “You believe in 9/11? … You should read up on that.”

The rest of that Kizer video features him saying he and Rodgers bonded over various topics, including other possible conspiracy theories.
Needless to say, whatever Rodgers does or doesn’t believe about the events of September 11, 2001, the Jets are probably hoping he doesn’t share those thoughts publicly in the next four months.
