The 2025 NFL Draft from Green Bay Wisconsin was an event that no one that attended will ever forget. Over the 3 day NFL draft the Green Bay Packers spent days 1-2 focused on the offensive side of the ball. Day 3 was another story with the Green Bay Packers going with 4 defensive players in a row. After the conclusion of the 7th round the Undrafted Free Agent signing process started, with the Packers signing 11 undrafted players. Today we will dive into some of the undrafted players that signed with the 2025 Green Bay Packers Undrafted Free Agent Primer.
DT – Nazir Stackhouse – Georgia
A 6’4’’ Defensive tackle at the University of Georgia, Stackhouse could be fighting with his former teammate at Georgia for a roster spot. The Packers selected Nazir’s teammate Warren Brinson in the 6th round of the 2025 NFL Draft. GM Brian Gutenkunst sure loves his Georgia Bulldogs carrying the G to the NFL. At Georgia Stackhouse displayed outstanding play recognition against down blocks, immediately identifying blocking schemes and adjusting his leverage to maintain gap integrity with veteran savvy. He occupies space with a sturdy base and natural knee bend that allows him to absorb initial contact while maintaining his ground. Stackhouse brings serious thump as a tackler when he gets his hands on ball carriers, delivering punishment that running backs remember on subsequent carries.
LB – Jamon Dumas-Johnson – Kentucky
Another 2025 Green Bay Packers Undrafted Free Agent signing is yet again a former Georgia Bulldog. Except Dumas-Johnson ended up transferring to Kentucky in his final college season. Dumas-Johnson is a 6’1’’ 245 pound linebacker, with the nickname “Pop”. At Kentucky he displayed excellent instincts and play recognition, often diagnosing plays quickly and attacking downhill with explosive first-step quickness. A proven big-game performer with experience in high-pressure situations, including two national championship victories. Dumas-Johnson is a versatile defender capable of playing all three downs, contributing in run defense, pass coverage, and as a blitzer.
CB – Kahzir “Buggs” Brown – Florida Atlantic
Our last 2025 Green Bay Packers Undrafted Free agent is a man with a nickname of Buggs but a physique like Hercules. At 6’3’’ 220 pounds Kahzir “Buggs” Brown is not your average sized cornerback out of Florida Atlantic. Brown compiled 163 tackles, 1 sack, and 8 interceptions in his college career. Brown was named preseason Phil Smith All-AAC Third Team, preseason Athlon All-AAC Fourth Team, preseason College Football Network All-AAC Second Team. He had an active night at Michigan State, including the team’s first INT of 2024, and added five tackles and a pass breakup.
