The Badgers have quite a few visits planned for a busy month of recruiting in June.
The Wisconsin Badgers are nearing official visit season, with some already taking place ahead of a busy June, where a plethora of top targets are expected to be back on campus.
Wisconsin has done some early work in the 2026 class, landing commitments from six players so far: quarterback Ryan Hopkins, defensive lineman Carmelow Reed, wide receiver Tayshon Bardo, offensive lineman Maddox Cochrane, cornerback Carsen Eloms, and offensive lineman Benjamin Novak.
But they’re far from done, and there are a lot of opportunities to add top recruits over the next month with official visits.
Here is Wisconsin’s full list of expected visitors, including the official visits that have already happened.
April 23rd
TE Gavin Mueller
TE Luke Sorensen
S Messiah Tilson
DL King Liggins
The Badgers got some crucial targets early on campus this past week, with four-star tight end Gavin Mueller being the big priority at tight end.
Mueller will make his commitment on May 14th, and has official visits to Colorado and LSU planned over the next two weekends.
As for Sorensen, the Badgers looked to make a move with the early visit, trying to jump up in the three-star’s recruitment. Sorensen has a busy schedule with visits to UCLA, Texas A&M, Penn State, Miami, and Nebraska still on the docket.
Liggins has been a priority defensive lineman for the Badgers, as is Tilson at safety.
May 30th
TE Jack Janda
OL Maddox Cochrane (Wisconsin commit)
DL Jake Johnson (USC commit)
RB Jamal Rule
TE Jack Sievers
EDGE Ashton Blatt
WR Zachary Washington
S Nick Reddish
QB Ryan Hopkins (Wisconsin commit)
CB Sean Johnson (Florida State commit)
OLB Storm Miller (Texas A&M commit)
WR Nalin Miller (Arizona State commit)
OLB Jackson Ford
RB Amari Latimer
OT Evan Goodwin
WR Jayden Petit
LB TJ White
CB Carsen Eloms
What a list. Usually, Wisconsin reserves its first weekend for top priorities, and this weekend is full of them.
A couple of these players have recently committed elsewhere, which may lead to changing plans.
Running back Amari Latimer is the top target at the position, and Wisconsin is trending well heading into officials. Jamal Rule could be an option as well, as the Badgers need two running backs in the class after getting none in 2025.
Wide receiver Zachary Washington has been a player the Badgers have recruited hard over the last year, and could be the No. 2 commit at the position behind Tayshon Bardo. Additionally, wideout Jayden Petit would be a take if the Badgers are able to get a commitment there.
The tight end position will depend on Mueller’s commitment, but another pair of targets is heading to campus for this weekend.
Wisconsin doesn’t have as many commits on the defensive line of the ball, so this weekend would be a big one for that side, as top targets at inside linebacker, outside linebacker/edge, and safety are all heading to campus.
June 2nd
OL Wilson Zierer
One of the most sought-after offensive linemen in the country will head to Wisconsin on a mid-week official visit with Wilson Zierer, who has a packed official visit schedule.
Zierer is expected to visit Auburn, Wisconsin, Pitt, Michigan, and Alabama over a two-week period, and the Badgers don’t seem to be near the front of this recruitment here.
June 6th
RB Ryan Estrada
WR Bubba Frazier (Notre Dame commit)
OL Jalayne Miller
OL Marky Walbridge
DL Carmelow Reed (Wisconsin commit)
LB Karsten Burch (Louisville commit)
LB Aden Reeder
DL Jamir Perez
WR Tayshon Bardo (Wisconsin commit)
OL Benjamin Novak (Wisconsin commit)
WR Owen Cabell
TE Dominick Barry
CB Jamyan Theodore
DL Blake Smythe
DL Jermaine Polk
Another loaded weekend with top priorities.
Wisconsin has some other receiver targets on campus during the second week, which could depend on the first weekend of visits. Owen Cabell could be the No. 3 wide receiver in the class if the Badgers can close and other targets like Washington or Petit don’t end up committing.
It’s another key offensive line week, with the name to watch being Jalayne Miller, who could be the No. 3 offensive lineman in the class behind commits Benjamin Novak and Maddox Cochrane.
On the defensive line side, there are three targets heading to campus. Wisconsin is looking for around three defensive linemen in the class, and this week could wrap that up, depending on the recruitment of players like Liggins and the players listed.
In the secondary, Jamyan Theodore is a top target to join commit Carsen Eloms, although he has gotten buzz in his recruitment. Wisconsin will have a big visit there to try and close that one out.
June 13
WR Dallas Dickerson
EDGE Anthony Charles
S Tony Forney
EDGE Hudson Woods
RB Nelsyn Wheeler
S Braylon Edwards
LB Mason Marsden
Wisconsin usually has a lot of changes with the third weekend, as a lot of commitments occur before then, making some visits unnecessary and others having to be scheduled.
However, there is a key linebacker target coming this weekend with Marsden, and others will probably emerge ahead of the weekend.
But, these are all the current official visitors for the Badgers. Stay tuned for what should be a busy recruiting month coming up!
