The Badgers are getting involved in the transfer portal with another visit.
The Wisconsin Badgers have been active in the transfer portal at a few positions, most notably wide receiver and defensive back, where they’ve offered a couple of players thus far.
One of those players is Michigan State transfer wideout Tyrell Henry, who announced an offer from Wisconsin this past week, among other schools.
Wisconsin appears to have a slight jump with Henry’s recruitment, as they will be the first team to host the receiver on a visit when he arrives in Madison this weekend.

This will be the second consecutive weekend where the Badgers have hosted a transfer on campus, as Penn defensive lineman Joey Slackman and Syracuse outside linebacker Leon Lowery were in Madison this past weekend.
Of course, Lowery initially committed to Wisconsin following the visit, but de-committed less than 24 hours later in a strange turn of events involving his fomer “NIL Agent” Chris Wash.
Henry has been heavily recruited by one of Wisconsin’s personnel: cornerback Amare Snowden, who called for former Roseville High teammate to join the Badgers.

Henry has already tweeted out seven offers since joining the transfer portal.
