The Badgers will be taking on their rivals in a marquee matchup at the Kohl Center this season.
The Wisconsin Badgers announced that they have scheduled a matchup against their cross-state rival Marquette Golden Eagles at the Kohl Center this season.
The match is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 17th at 7 p.m. CT.
Most recently in 2022, the Badgers set an NCAA indoor attendance record of 16,833 at the Kohl Center in a five-set thriller against then No. 16 Florida Gators. They’ll now be looking to do the same this year against their rivals early in the season.
When traveling on the road, the Badgers have set multiple indoor attendance records wherever they go. Wisconsin set program attendance records at Arkansas, Florida, Northwestern, and new indoor records against Marquette (Fiserv Forum), and the NCAA Semifinals (Amalie Arena) in Tampa, Florida.
Single match tickets for the general public will go on sale on Thursday, August 8 at 9 a.m. (CT). To be notified when tickets go on sale, fill out the form HERE.
Wisconsin has already set up a tough schedule to begin their season, with matchups against Louisville (August 27th), Texas (September 1st), Stanford (September 2nd), TCU (September 6th), and Baylor (September 7th).
They now add a matchup against Marquette to the mix in what should be an exciting start to the season for the Badgers.
