The Badgers offered Chris McIntosh’s son a scholarship on Tuesday after a camp.
The Wisconsin Badgers extended an offer to 2027 three-star offensive tackle Ethan McIntosh, the son of Athletic Director Chris McIntosh, on Tuesday after he camped with the team.
The younger McIntosh plays at Verona and is considered the sixth-best recruit in the state of Wisconsin for the Class of 2027, according to 247Sports.
It was the seventh scholarship offer for the 6’7’’ tackle, joining the likes of Iowa, North Dakota, Washington State, Iowa State, Kansas, and Northwestern, with many coming in the past month.
He was one of a select few from the camp to earn an offer from the Badgers, with the elder McIntosh looking from the sidelines.
The three-star has been at Wisconsin twice in the past week, once for the camp on Tuesday and again for Bucky’s Barbeque, a recruiting event for the next wave of Wisconsin’s top targets, this past weekend.
A Wisconsin native, the offer could be a crucial one for McIntosh’s recruitment, with the family bloodlines evidently there with the program.
