The Milwaukee Bucks have listed Giannis Antetokounmpo as doubtful for their game on Friday vs the Miami Heat. Antetokounmpo is dealing with a sprained right wrist.
Antetokounmpo was injured in the Bucks final game before the All-Star break. The two-time MVP fell awkwardly to the floor against the Chicago Bulls and came up with an injured wrist.
Antetokounmpo then “played” in the All-Star game on Sunday night. Really, all the Bucks star did was make an uncontested dunk immediately after tip-off, before exiting for the night.
Milwaukee has said they don’t believe the injury will cost Antetokounmpo considerable time, but that they will be cautious with him moving forward. The Bucks are one game behind the Boston Celtics for the NBA’s best record and homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs.
