Let’s start picking up the pieces
In this week’s Tuesday Tracker, we posed a few questions with the Bucks about to go into Game 5 down 3-1, so these are mostly mid-series opinions. Now that the series and season are done, we’ll be back next week with some with more of a sense of finality. We’ll also look at trends over the season. Here are the highlights:
- 70% of fans polled think the injuries to Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard are beyond anyone’s control, but 28% put some blame on the team.
- 85% are pro-Khris Middleton after his huge series, and 81% of those never wavered. An astounding 15% still aren’t fans of his, which is absurd.
- In the wake of his Game 4 ejection, 47% of respondents think Bobby Portis hurt the Bucks this series more than he helped.
- 82% think Andre Jackson Jr. should have the bigger role next season than A.J. Green.
- Polls were pretty split on Doc Rivers (29% approval, 38% disapproval) and Jon Horst (41% approval, 38% disapproval).
- 32% of fans kept the faith that the Bucks could still win a title, undoubtedly hoping for a Giannis return that didn’t happen.
Thanks again for voting! We’ll be back with one more poll next week to wrap up the season before we take a break until closer to the NBA Draft in June and free agency in July.
