That will set the tone for Thursday’s second day of the NBA Draft, where the Toronto Raptors will resume activity at No. 31. It will be interesting to see if any teams splurge another bounty of future seconds for either of the last two names remaining from the green room: Duke’s Kyle Filipowksi and Kansas’ Johnny Furphy.
