The Milwaukee Bucks lost Khris Middleton due to a sprained left MCL in Game 2. Despite needing another veteran to take up some of Middleton’s lost minutes, the Bucks won’t be getting George Hill back anytime soon.
Hill hasn’t played since suffering an abdominal strain on April 8. Milwaukee coach Mike Budenholzer said about Hill’s status that the Bucks “don’t expect him in the short term”.
Middleton will have an MRI on Thursday to determine the extent of his MCL injury. The first round series between the Bucks and Bulls is now tied 1-1 and shifts to Chicago for Game 3 on Friday.
