“It means a lot,” Hill said, noting he has invited any available teammates to attend on the off day. “I think it would be a great night for them to come out and show their face. I think the military will love it tremendously. But, to see our faces — some of them are going through hardships night in and night out — and to have them come out and be able to see us in a different spotlight, rather than on a court, to actually see us in person, to just say hi and us to be able to say thank you for all that you do, not just for your family but for us as human beings, it’s just an act of kindness.”
