It was fitting fan favorite Bobby Portis was in possession of the title belt on Thursday. He’s known as “The People’s Champ,” which is also the nickname of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. During the parade, Portis had the belt upside down so it looked like an “M” instead of a “W,” to recognize Milwaukee, similar to how WWE superstar The Miz wore it when he was WWE champion.
