Cubs give Brewers massive assist with Freddy Peralta trade after deal with Marlins

The Chicago Cubs executed a blockbuster deal for starting pitcher Edward Cabrera of the Miami Marlins. In doing so, they inevitably raised the price of a potential Freddy Peralta trade should the Milwaukee Brewers elect to move their ace this offseason.
