The biggest stars in baseball, including two Brewers, square off in this years’ Midsummer Classic

Complete All-Star Game Rosters

At 7 p.m., the game’s brightest stars will take the field for the 2025 All-Star Game. Milwaukee had three players selected to the game, all pitchers:

RHP Freddy Peralta

RHP Trevor Megill

RHP Jacob Misiorowski

Peralta was recognized as an All-Star but won’t pitch in the game because he pitched against the Nationals on Sunday. In that start, the veteran right-hander allowed one run on three hits and one walk across 6 2⁄3 innings.

Megill, selected as a replacement for Peralta, will be making his first All-Star game appearance. The 6’8” closer has had arguably his best season so far with the Brewers. Megill sports a 2.41 ERA and is averaging 11.5 strikeouts per nine innings. He’s successfully converted 21 of 24 save opportunities on the year.

The Brewers’ third All-Star is flamethrower Jacob Misiorowski, who is still ranked as the Brewers’ No. 2 prospect. With just five starts all year, Miz — selected as a replacement for Cubs starter Matthew Boyd — is the least-experienced player ever to be selected as an All-Star.

His selection speaks to how electric he’s been on the mound. Misiorowski has alredy outdueled fellow young phenoms (Paul Skenes) and future Hall-of-Famers (Clayton Kershaw) alike. The 6’7” righty has been one of the most exciting players in baseball in his short time in the majors. Per Curt Hogg and the Brewers organization, Misiorowski is expected to pitch the seventh inning.

For those who’d like to tune into the MLB all-star game tomorrow to watch a certain young Brewers hurler: Jacob Misiorowski is expected to pitch the seventh inning.

Full starting lineups for both teams are available here, although — as is customary in the All-Star game — most of the starters will only play a few innings before the reserves come in. First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Fox.
